Micro mini skirt constructed from recycled plastics, receipts, balloons. Lined with cotton/poly fabric. No stretch. 

Width at smallest: 16 1/2", Width at widest: 19",  Length: 10"

Model 1 is 5’8” with 32A chest, 26” waist, 36” hips.  Model 2 is 5’9, with 34C chest, 28” waist, 38” hips.
