SHIPPING

Immediately after you placing an order on our website, you'll receive an order confirmation to the email address submitted with your order.

Orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after being placed. Once sent out, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. US orders will be sent via USPS and international orders will be sent via DHL. 

RETURNS

As our pieces are all handmade 1/1 garments, we do not offer a return option. Please refer to product descriptions for specific details regarding size, fit, and other garment details to ensure that the piece will be right for you. If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us (anna@instinct-brand.com) with photos and description to be reviewed for a refund.

SIZING

All INSTINCT BRAND garments are genderless. Following Drop One, we will be extending to an inclusive, fuller size range.
