Skirt upcycled from pastic takeout bags and mailers. Black trim with ruffles @ sides and silver zipper closure @ back. Lined with plastic, water resistant. 

Waist: 15.5", Hip: 18", Front length: 12.5", Back length: 13"

Model is 5’6.5” with 32D chest, 24.5” waist, 36” hips.
