Sample tube dress constructed from scrap fabric and plastic take out bag. Some sheer mesh panels, stretchy. Fitted at hips and neckline, drapey at waist with raw edges. 

Chest: 14 1/2", Waist width: 17 1/2", Hip width: 16"

Model is 5’9, with 34C chest, 28” waist, 38” hips.
